These are one of my absolute favourite things to make. Actually, it’s one of Jon’s favourite things.. to eat. I make them and heat them up for breakfast. 20 seconds in the microwave. The jam goes all gooey, and warm, and oh, you are going to love them!
I’ve made them with peach jam, cherry jam, strawberry, blueberry, and plum. But blackberries are our favourite. Jon grew up in Oregon, where there’s blackberry bushes everywhere, and so I guess it’s just the perfect homely flavour for these little pieces of heaven.
